As a curator of vacation rentals all along Florida s Gulf Coast, it was her sworn duty to visit each and every one and deem it guest-worthy. Pinkie Flamingo could hardly contain her excitement as she pulled into the iconic Gulf Dunes on Okaloosa Island. The natural beauty of this very special slice of seaside nirvana has collective appeal to those fortunate enough to have discovered it charm. With no structure over 6 stories, The Island sports less crowded beaches due to the lower density resorts.
Gulf Dunes has just recently been refreshed and renewed in cool summer colors. As an all-Gulf-front complex, it has served as a favorite vacation destination for many over the years and one of Pinkie s most popular guest nests. With 2 pools, grills, an elevator and plenty of parking, it s no wonder! Close to shopping at The Pier and several local dining spots, the location could not be better. Many restaurants serving fresh Florida seafood are easily walkable from this resort.
I love a beach house with a promising said Pinkie. How can you go wrong with Shore Thing? With the option of either an elevator or stairs to get to the 4th floor, access is easy and convenient. The new owners have been very busy with many wonderful updates to this centrally located 3-bedroom condo. The fresh color palette of soothing aqua mixes playfully with earthy beiges and whites and creates a fresh, beachy vibe that says Your vacation has just begun! Coastal solid surface flooring runs throughout the unit and tastefully appointed decor sets the mood for the perfect stay.
Beach service is included... 2 chairs and an umbrella set up daily for you March to October. Additional set-ups may be added directly from the vendor on the beach.
