Private Beach Access
When you find yourself in a coastal paradise like Santa Rosa Beach, it’s super easy to “sea the beauty” everywhere you turn. Pinkie Flamingo stared out at green water of the Gulf. The sunlight danced its inimitable dance across the surface casting a sparkling array of brilliant emerald gemstones that would make any jeweler proud. It was another gorgeous day on 30A and Pinkie turned into Redfish Village…a hip state of mind combining condos, shopping and dining all strategically located in Blue Mountain Beach at the corner of 30A and Hwy 83…just minutes to the beaches and to all that you dream of!
Riding the convenient elevator up to the second floor Pinkie was excited to check out her newest guest nest. She had heard fabulous things about this particular corner condo with a private covered balcony overlooking Redfish Lake.
Let’s Peak Inside!
Classically coastal, Sea The Beauty is a wonderfully updated 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom perch from which to enjoy the 30A beach scene and local charm. Ready for anything you can imagine on your perfect little getaway, this unit offers an open living space combining relaxing, entertainment and dining all rolled into one. Pinkie found herself drawn outdoors to the covered furnished balcony. “This is perfect for relaxing over a morning cup of coffee or a late-night drink or snack while taking in the peaceful vistas only a lake can offer.”
Prepare a fabulous gourmet meal in the well-appointed kitchen fully equipped with all cookware and dinnerware you need. Dining table seats 6.
The master suite is welcoming with a king size bed, a full bath and a walk-in closet. Groups traveling with 2 couples will appreciate the second King bedroom and others can find their spot in the bunk room featuring Queen over Queen bunks. With a total of 3 full bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready for the night out. Full size washer/dryer for added convenience makes longer stays easy. Check out the utility closet in the hall across from the washer/dryer...loaded with beach gear and a cart!
Guests of Sea The Beauty enjoy private beach access within walking distance and are also provided with a shuttle to and from the beach! Full resort access includes gym, library, community room, children’s playground and commercial outdoor grills. Upon request guests may rent chairs and umbrellas from the beach service vendor. The resort features two swimming pools…one is seasonally heated. Guests may also access the pier overlooking Redfish Lake. Each unit has one covered parking space dedicated for use during stay. There is also parking for other cars in the large parking area.
