Dog friendly only $150 non refundable pet fee per reservation, charged after booking
Unauthorized pets or policy violations $300 fine
No Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. $250 violation fee applies.
Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for item returns.
Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days will include a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
Starter Essentials: Complimentary starter pack of toiletries and paper goods provided (guests staying longer should plan to restock).
