WELCOME TO OCEAN MARSH 404!
When arriving at the property you will have plenty of parking in our dedicated covered parking lot and will have (2) parking passes waiting on you upstairs for your vehicles. Entering the condo, you will be greeted by beautiful beach d cor, and a freshly cleaned condo ready for memories to be made. Walk out onto your marsh balcony and enjoy the salt air seemingly right at your fingertips. Our favorite part is being able to see the fireworks from Barefoot every week in season right from the condo!
BEDROOMS BATHROOMS:
Each bedroom provides comfort and privacy, complete with Smart TVs and coastal-inspired decor. Each bed will be freshly made prior to your arrival, towels and wash cloths are provided as well. Our home is made for families or groups looking to have room to relax and space to sneak away for the quieter moments as well.

The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. We do not provide cable TV streaming options only. Enjoy your entertainment experience!
NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.
NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff on-call for most hours of the day. Should you notify us of any concerns or issues after 5PM, there might be a delay in addressing it until the next day. However, please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.
