★ Comfortable layouts for big families, multi family trips, and groups up to 26 guests

★ Expansive decks with incredible lake views
★ Close to Margaritaville, Big Surf Waterpark, restaurants, and shops
Optional Toy Closet rental
★ Foam floats, noodles, and water pads
★ Extra beach towels and life vests

★ Additional fee and deposit apply, ask for details and the full inventory
Pet policy
★ Up to 2 dogs allowed
★ $150 non refundable pet fee billed after booking
★ Unauthorized pets or non disclosure $300 fine
House rules and additional fees
★ No smoking indoors $250 fine applies
★ Lost and found $25 handling fee plus shipping for returned items
★ Long term stays 21 plus days $50 cleaning fee added after booking
★ Unapproved late check outs $50 fee
