This five-bedroom waterfront home offers a private dock and boat slip, two kitchens, multiple living areas and lake-view decks. The cove setting overlooks the main channel. There are three full bathrooms, two kitchens and multiple living spaces for shared meals and time together. Enjoy the private dock and guest boat slip, lake views and outdoor decks for dining and grilling. Restaurants, shops, Margaritaville and Big Surf Waterpark are nearby. The home and waterfront involve stairs; contact us before booking if anyone in your group has mobility needs.
Optional extras
The Toy Closet is an optional rental with a separate fee and deposit. Its inventory includes floats, noodles, water pads, extra beach towels, life vests, games and toys. Ask us for current pricing and the full inventory before adding it to your stay.
Pets & house guidelines
Up to two dogs are welcome with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee billed after booking. Please disclose pets in advance; unauthorized or undisclosed pets carry a $300 fine. Smoking is not permitted indoors; a $250 fine applies. Returned lost-and-found items have a $25 handling fee plus shipping. Stays of 21 days or more have a $50 cleaning fee added after booking.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM.

After 12:00 PM: Additional charges may apply, including the cost of an additional night.
Unapproved Late Check-Out:
Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.
