House Rules & Policies
- Dog-Friendly Only: A $100 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or violation of the dog-only policy will result in a $200 fine.
- No Smoking Indoors: A $250 fine will apply if violated.
- Lost & Found: A $25 handling fee plus shipping will apply for returned items.
- Extended Stays (21+ days): Will require a $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually charged after booking.
- Early Check-In: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Guests may request early check-in the day before or day of arrival. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Guests must request late check-out the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each additional hour after 10 AM.
- Unapproved Late Check-Outs: Will result in a $50 fee.
