- Lost & Found: Items can be returned upon request for a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
- Extended Stays: Stays over 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee (added manually after confirmation).
- Late Check-Outs: A $50 fee applies for unapproved late departures.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
