Sleeping Arrangements
- Primary Bedroom: King-size bed
- Second Bedroom: King-size bed
- Third Bedroom: Full-over-full bunk bed (perfect for kids or extra guests)
- Total Occupancy: Sleeps up to 8 guests
- Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils & essentials
- Dining area perfect for shared meals or game nights
- Cozy living room with fireplace, flat-screen TV & plush seating
- Central heating (no A/C, as is standard in Big Bear) for year-round comfort
- Laundry area with washer/dryer for extended stays

- Extended Stays (21+ days): $50 long-term cleaning fee (added after booking).
- Late Checkout: Unauthorized checkouts = $50 fine.
- Strict Occupancy Limits: No more than 8 guests. No parties permitted.
- Violation Penalties: $500 minimum fine per violation; repeat offenses = $1,000 each.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
