This Six-bedroom villa on the hill overlooks the Sea of Cortez from every angle and provides comfortable, if not magnificent, quarters to have the world on your own terms for a few days or a few weeks.
A sixth bedroom is an ample and equipped office where you can work, research or study without interruption. But to make the room that much more useful, a cushiony convertible couch brings a perfect solution for unexpected overnight guests.
While the Six bedrooms provide plenty of room for ten guests, this villa can sleep 12, if necessary, with two bedrooms containing double queens and that does not count the mystery guest or guests in the office. Even with more than a dozen occupants, Espiritu Casita 101 offers plenty of room to roam. Multiple living spaces include a formal living room, family room, and kitchen all in an open-air plan that brings in the stunning outside panoramas. Also count a media room into the mix along with multiple fireplaces, inside and out, to keep a warm mood in motion.
The grounds surrounding this 6,400-square-foot villa bloom in gardens of flowers and greenery, bringing texture and personality to the dazzling sea-view settings. At the edge of the expanse is a sizable infinity pool that seems to cascade into the Sea of Cortez beyond.
