The condo is spacious throughout (1600 square footage), and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, bathrooms and utility rooms. There is carpet in all the bedrooms, dining area, and living area. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautifully decorated.
The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, chairs. There is a flat panel screen 50 TV and DVD with 70+ cable channels and remote controls. The living room is equipped with a movie library. Enjoy watching the movies of your choice. The kitchen is fully equipped with counter tops/sink and upgraded appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry and utility room with washer, new dryer, and additional cabinet storage.
