- Fully equipped, updated kitchen with modern appliances and lake views
- Main-floor master bedroom with plush king-size bed and ensuite bath
- Upstairs queen bedroom plus loft with bunk beds and a full-size bed—ideal for children or extra guests
- Dedicated workspace for those balancing work and leisure
- Private deck with ample seating and barbecue grill for dining al fresco
- Private path to the dock, lakeside fire pit, and two provided kayaks for water adventures
- Peaceful surroundings perfect for stargazing, relaxing, or family gatherings

Pet Policy
- Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome ($150 pet fee per stay, invoiced separately after booking)
- Dog-friendly only
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
- No smoking indoors ($250 fine applies)
- Lost & Found: $25 handling fee plus shipping for returned items
- Stays over 21 days require an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee (charged manually after booking)
