Stay at this beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath loft, a dog-friendly lakeside sanctuary that combines comfort, relaxation, and memories. Suited to families, small groups, or couples, this retreat offers scenic views and direct access to Lake Limberry.

- Fully equipped, updated kitchen with modern appliances and lake views
- Main-floor master bedroom with plush king-size bed and ensuite bath
- Upstairs queen bedroom plus loft with two twin bunk beds and a queen-size bed, ideal for children or extra guests
- Dedicated workspace for those balancing work and leisure

- Private deck with ample seating and barbecue grill for dining al fresco
- Private path to the dock, lakeside fire pit, and two provided kayaks for water adventures

Pet Policy
- Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome ($150 pet fee per stay, invoiced separately after booking)
- Dog-friendly only
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
House Rules & Additional Fees
- No smoking indoors ($250 fine applies)
- Lost & Found: $25 handling fee plus shipping for returned items
- Stays over 21 days require an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee (charged manually after booking)
A starter supply of toiletries and paper products is provided; guests staying longer may need to restock.
Please note that, due to the home’s natural setting, occasional sightings of wildlife or insects may occur.
The lake is a natural body of water, and its condition can naturally vary due to weather, vegetation, insects, debris, and other environmental factors. These outdoor conditions are not something the homeowner can reasonably control or guarantee in the same way as the cleanliness and condition of the interior of the property. Additionally, the dock is located outdoors in a natural, wooded environment, so some leaves, insects, algae, or other naturally occurring debris should reasonably be expected.

Up to 12:00 PM: $75 flat fee.
After 12:00 PM: Additional charges may apply, including the cost of an additional night.
Unapproved Late Check-Out:
Guests who remain at the property beyond the designated check-out time without prior approval may be subject to additional charges, up to the cost of an additional night.
