This property welcomes dogs:
- Up to two dogs allowed with a $150 pet fee per reservation
- Pet fee is billed separately within two weeks of arrival

- Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine
- No smoking indoors; a $250 fee applies for violations
- Lost items can be returned upon request with a $25 handling fee plus shipping
- Stays longer than 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, added after booking
- Unapproved late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee
- A property damage protection fee applies to each booking, covering up to $500 in accidental damage
