PLEASE NOTE: To avoid excessive use of the utilities owner agrees to pay $250/month toward the electric bill and $250/month towards the water bill. Any amount in excess will be the responsibility of the guest on record and will be charged to the credit card on file with Belloise Realty.
There are two exterior cameras on the property for security reasons: 1 by the front door and 1 above the pool equipment.
