Parking: Parking is strictly limited to one car per unit. Passes are provided inside the unit upon arrival.
Wide Beach: Treasure Island has a wide, beautiful beach, so there is a short walk across the soft sand to reach the water s edge.
️ HOUSE RULES
Age Requirement: Primary renter must be 25+ years old and present for the stay.
Rental Agreement Required: Electronic signature, including when booking through third-party platforms.
Valid ID must be uploaded when booking directly or through a website where we process the credit card.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Occupancy: Max occupancy is 2 guests.
Smoking: Strictly no smoking anywhere on the premises (includes electronic/vape devices).
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. All outdoor areas and pools are closed at quiet hours.
The pool closes at times posted on signs.
