- Upper-Level Suite: Features a full kitchen, king bed, twin daybed with trundle, full bath with jacuzzi tub, dining space, and river views.
- Three front decks with panoramic river views
- Fire pit and outdoor seating
- Direct river access for fishing and walking
- Dry County: This property is located in a dry county. Guests are advised to bring their own beverages and essentials upon arrival.
- Starter Supplies: Each unit includes a complimentary starter pack with toiletries and paper products. Additional supplies should be brought for longer stays.
- Nature Notice: Given the rural location, occasional wildlife or insect sightings may occur despite regular professional cleaning.
- No Pets Allowed: This is a no-pet property. Violations are subject to a $300 fee.
- No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
- Extended Stays: Stays exceeding 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, applied manually post-booking.
- Unapproved Late Check-Out: A $50 fee applies for any late check-outs not pre-arranged.
- Lost Items: Guests requesting return shipping for forgotten items will be charged a $25 handling fee plus postage.
