House Policies & Important Information
- Pet Policy: Dog-friendly only. A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or policy violations incur a $200 fee.
- No Smoking: Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. $250 fee applies for violations.
- Lost Items: $25 handling fee + shipping for return of left-behind items.
- Extended Stays: Reservations over 21 days may incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
- Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late departures subject to a $50 fee.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
