House Policies & Important Information
- Dog-Friendly Only (max 2 dogs): A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be manually added after booking. Unauthorized pets or policy violations will incur a $300 fine.
- No Smoking Indoors: Violations will result in a $250 fine.
- Lost Items: Return shipping requests will incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping costs.
- Extended Stays (21+ Days): $50 long-term cleaning fee, manually added post-booking.
- Early Check-In: Standard check-in is 4 PM. Guests must request early check-in the day before or day of arrival. If approved, $15/hour for each hour before 4 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Standard check-out is 10 AM. Guests must request late check-out the day prior to departure. If approved, $20/hour for each hour after 10 AM.
- Unapproved Late Check-Out: $50 fee.
- Standard Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM
- Early Check-In: Requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, an additional $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4:00 PM.
- Late Check-Out: Requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, an additional $20/hour will be charged for each hour after 10:00 AM.
